Questions
Will it sound like a bot?
No. Short, plain texts, no emojis or sales lines. Its first text says it’s your AI assistant, and if someone asks, it says a person is available.
What if it gets something wrong?
Prices, open times and who gets texted come from your settings, not the AI. When it doesn’t know an answer, it says you’ll follow up. Every message has a receipt in your dashboard.
Do I have to switch software?
No. Luni works with your calendar, your pay link and your customer list. It doesn’t connect to Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan scheduling yet.
Is texting my customers legal?
Luni only texts people who contacted you first or opted in, and STOP always works. Every text line is registered with the carriers. For advice about your situation, ask your attorney.
What about after hours?
It answers day and night, books only inside your hours, and still sends you urgent alerts while paused.
Does texting cost extra?
Texting is included for normal business use. We’ll talk with you before any extra charge.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, with no call and no fee: in Settings > Account, by texting CANCEL LUNI to your Luni text number from the owner’s mobile on file, or by emailing support@lunisolutions.com. You can pause for the off-season instead.
Who sees my customers’ data?
You, your team, and Luni’s own support staff when needed to help you. Our service providers process it only to run Luni (see Providers). We delete it within 90 days after you cancel. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Nothing matches.
Got a text from a business using Luni?
It came from that business, about your request, because you contacted them or agreed to texts.
